Club4wines Terms & Conditions

Club4wines is an online wine and spirits shop selling wines with a 3 to 5 working days home delivery service in mainland UK. Use of the Club4wines online shop is on condition that you agree to the terms and conditions of Club4wines which are, from time to time, subject to change without notice.

The ordering pages of this site use a Veri-Secure Payment (VSP) that offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. We also have internal security measures in place to ensure that access to our customer database is restricted.

2.1 We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo.

2.2 We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. In the event we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible.

2.3 Club4wines will be pleased to fulfil orders paid for by cheque upon receipt and clearance of that cheque. Delivery in this case will depend on the clearance period plus 3 to 5 working days.

3.1 We deliver to mainland UK, a charge may be levied for delivery to central Scotland, the Isle of Man, Shetland and Orkney. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

3.2 We may accept orders placed overseas on condition that the goods are to be delivered in mainland Britain.

3.3 You must tell us about any problems within 5 working days of receipt of the wine by writing to Club4wines, 37b New Cavendish St, London W1G 8JR, by emailing info@Club4wines.com, by faxing 020 7486 2094 or by calling 020 7467 2727.

3.4 Club4wines does not accept any responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods arising from incorrect delivery information provided at the time of ordering.

Unless otherwise stated, all wines are supplied in 75cl bottles with a minimum of 12 mixed bottles. For quantities of more than 5 cases of a wine please contact us.

Please ask to be added to our mailing list if you want to be the first to know about new products, events and promotions.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever within 5 working days from the date you receive your wine, provided the bottles are unopened and intact. We can accept returned goods ONLY in their original box.

You must notify us first by emailing info@Club4wines.com. We will arrange collection of the goods and inspect them prior to reimbursement of the price less £10 admin and collection charge.

Claims for any breakages or shortages can only be met if noted on the carrier's delivery note, and if we are informed by telephone within 24 hours or by letter within 3 working days.

Club4wines shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control.
