The colour is very pale translucent green with a hint of yellow and an obvious green edge. The wine has an excellent nose with tones of green apples, fruit and herbal aromas. The taste reminds you of fresh apples.
This excellent wine is best served with poultry, fish, seafood and especially with cheese. The meat dishes should not be served with rich fat sauces. Fish should be always accompanied by a shot of squeezed lemon and fresh spices. This will bring out the best of the Sauvignon.
The wine should be served at a temperature between 8-10°C.
