The colour is intense red. The aroma intrigues the nose with its excellent scents of red berries, strawberry's, with a touch of earth tones and violets.

Served at room temperature with lamb, veal, wild meat, and smoked meat. The wine's excellent qualities come to life when the dishes are accompanied with a light sauce and fresh spices. It is also impressive when drinking with lighter cheeses.
