France

There are hundreds quality wines from all over France. We have chosen just a few producers of top quality wines at very good prices that are perhaps a little more rare and unusual. All the wines are French bottled.

Bordeaux:  We have sourced our own label red and white, Louis Fleur, A/C wine from a top négociants.

Loire:  5 wines from Barré Frères a long established producer of quality wines from the Loire.

Tarn:  4 wines from Domaine d'en Segur a small producer from the Tarn - their Sauvignon d'Or is a fantastic light sweet wine and their Rose is recomended by Decanter Magazine.

Beaujolais:  2 different wines, Chateau de Julienas a family concern that make only one wine, a top cru Beaujolais and we are very proud to stock it. A rose from Domaine des Ronze this vineyard produce a classic Beaujolais Village.

Champagne:  J.P. Marniquet, organic champagne from a top independent house.

Burgundy:  8 various fine A/C Burgundy wines from La Delignere a small house. The wines including one made from pre-phylloxera vines.

Oc:  2 ranges of wines from the south of France, a red, white and rose with our own labels and 4 single grape varities from Domaine Virginie la Grande.

Rhone:  3 A/C wines from different négociants, a Beaume de Venise from Domaine de Beaumalric, an exceptional Cotes du Rhone by Domaine de Givaudan and an outstanding Gigondas, the best I have ever tasted, from Domaine la Fourmone.
